Our friends the Trumpeter Swans, 083 the lady, & S08 the gentleman...

Today I brought all the waterbirds 5 bags of 4 kg. each of bird seed...I wasn't sure if bird seed was ok for the swans...Well, watch the video for the answer...

Here is one of three really cool looking ducks that show up at the Bluffer's park...The white one with the black markings...Small, & quite young...

If you are wondering, here is the official stance on feeding waterbirds..." the public is encouraged to feed swans in the winter"... this is an excerpt from notes from the annual meeting of the Trumpeter Swan Society...(p. 37, Harry Lumsden)...

I (me, Sari Grove, & hubby Joseph )only give a one third commission to a gallery...I say no if they want more...No, means I walk out & don't work with them...It is not a negotiating tactic...Any gallery who thinks that they deserve the same amount as the artist, for an artwork, needs to have their head examined for delusions of grandeur...Who was Monet's salesman? Who cares? Does anybody really look through history & say, well, the art is good, but half the work was the sale???I mean come on people wake up! Just 'cause you're not good at business doesn't mean that galleries should be allowed to walk all over you...
