Dear brave Miss,

Vitex is available at health food stores worldwide...(also known as 'Chasteberry' or " Vitex Agnus Castus")...

It is an herbal progesterone, non-prescription...

Find a format you like, liquid, capsules, doesn't matter, whichever you prefer...

Take it everyday , full to high dosage , for three months straight...it takes this long to load into your body...your mood will stabilise...

Then continue to take it for the rest of your life...more when you are feeling very nutty, less when you are feeling normal...

After the load period of three months you can withdraw from your antipsychotic prescription medications, slowly...keep some on hand if you start feel nutty too quickly...

Vitex is an herbal so it is important to take alot of it so it gets into your bloodstream at full dosage...

It could save your life...it saved mine...

research yourself if you are curious...I take Natural Factors PMS formula from Whole Foods Market which contains Vitex plus a few other things that also address PMS...(dong quai is the other herb)...

you will find your mood swings are actually tied up with your period & when you control your period, everything else clears up...(many PMS formulas contain Vitex which is a handy way to take it for women...)

lol, Sari

p.s. men should take VITEX plain...

http://www.matthewlangley.com/blog/index.html I found this Brian Eno video on Matthew Langley's blog... His paintings & advice are quite nice too...

Ode to memory , Tennyson

My friend, with you to live alone,

Were how much better than to own

A crown, a sceptre, and a throne!

O strengthen, enlighten me!

I faint in this obscurity,

Thou dewy dawn of memory.

When I am bored, I go to visit The Intrepid Art Collector or the Art Biz Blog ...then I click on the 'Comments' in a recent post, then click on the names of the commenters... this takes me to their world, their website, web blog, gallery & it is like walking down the street & going into stores just to browse...I love the internet for this reason, especially when Toronto is cold & miserable & dark, which is ten months of the year , pretty much ...

I visited your website and I am a huge fan of yours. I love your paintings, and style. To make such beautiful things, you must be beautiful on the inside and out. Wow.
Thanks for your encouragement also.
